The LCBO, a leader in beverage alcohol retail, seeks enthusiastic candidates for holiday customer support roles across Ontario. Candidates will receive paid online training to enhance their customer service skills, along with a deeper knowledge of wine, beer, cider, and spirits. Your mission will be to engage with customers, ensuring a delightful shopping journey during the holiday peak.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers with our POS/Cash system
• Ask for donations for the Spirit of Sustainability
• Handle inventory and replenish stock on shelves
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the store
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs while standing
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Legally allowed to work in Canada
• Bilingual English/French is a bonus
• Available evenings and weekends
• Flexibility for additional weekday shifts
