As a Fashion Designer at The Uniform Atelier, you will play a pivotal role in creating captivating fashion collections for a variety of concepts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a meticulous eye for detail, and possesses exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to support the creative and production processes. Responsibilities: Fashion Design: Conceptualize and create fashion collections that align with the brand's aesthetic and market trends. Develop sketches, patterns, and prototypes for new designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into production. Organization & Workflow Coordination: Maintain organized documentation of design specs, revisions, and project timelines. Manage multiple projects and design phases simultaneously, from ideation through to production handoff. Support calendar management and deadline tracking to ensure timely development and delivery of collections. Contribute to process improvements that enhance studio efficiency and product consistency. Qualifications: Fashion Design: Proven experience as a fashion designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools. Strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and production processes. Organizational & Multitasking Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records across various projects. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field. 2 years of experience in fashion design. Passion for staying current with industry trends and a commitment to innovation.
