On-call building maintenance anchors this Maintenance Associate opportunity, requiring emergency response, suite repairs, and strong time management. The position includes alternating on-call coverage.
You will help protect Resident Member health, comfort, and safety through responsive building service. Responsibilities include completing maintenance requests within 72 hours, maintaining vacant suites and shared areas, and checking contractor work. You will also support inspections, reporting, snow removal, and other site needs as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform alternating on-call emergency maintenance
- Complete vacant suite maintenance and touch ups
- Maintain building common areas
- Ensure contractors meet established quality standards
- Assist with snow removal and site tasks
Requirements:
- Two years of maintenance service experience required
- Renovation experience of three years is an asset
- Familiarity with technology is an asset
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong time-management and customer service commitment
