Manager, Credit & Fraud Analytics Location: Remote (Canada) Department: Risk & Decision Science Base Salary for the role: $100,000 - $130,000 About the Role Mogo is on a mission to help our members achieve financial freedom through innovative products and smart technology. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Manager, Credit & Fraud Analytics to join our high-performing, high-impact team. In this individual contributor role, you’ll serve as a key player in shaping credit and fraud risk strategies. You’ll own critical analytics functions - from credit provisioning insights to portfolio segmentation - and collaborate across teams to deliver actionable recommendations. Your work will influence long‑term financial planning and executive decision‑making at the highest level. What You’ll Do Portfolio Segmentation & Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards that segment credit and fraud risk profiles, driving visibility across portfolios. Ad‑Hoc Risk Analytics: Dive deep into large datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and behavioral drivers impacting portfolio performance and loss provisioning. Provision Forecasting: Support the forecasting and analysis of credit loss provisions through data‑backed insights and strategic commentary. Competitive & Macroeconomic Tracking: Monitor external market trends and macroeconomic indicators to anticipate emerging risks and opportunities. Self‑Serve Analytics Enablement: Develop tools and frameworks to enable other teams to run their own data queries and analyses efficiently. Strategic Reportingb> Craft clear, compelling data narratives and present findings to senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience in credit analytics, fraud risk, or related fields (e.g., collections, recoveries, or portfolio management). Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; familiarity with Looker is a plus. Experience working with large datasets to extract actionable insights. Ability to communicate complex data in clear, strategic terms to non‑technical stakeholders. A curious mindset and ability to leverage tools and AI to deeply understand trends.
