What You’ll Do: Product Development Support cruise product builds using proprietary tech (TMT), including ships, ground services, and itineraries. Research destinations, competitive offerings, and new product opportunities. Update product copy for accuracy and brand alignment. Assist with pricing updates and product launch readiness. Co‑Op Marketing & Partnerships Track budget spend, process invoices, and maintain contract/asset records. Provide campaign performance summaries and insights. Project & Process Coordination Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional communication. Keep documentation and shared resources organized and up to date. Recommend workflow improvements to increase efficiency. Analytics & Reporting Pull and summarize product and campaign performance data. Build simple dashboards or reporting summaries for internal and partner use. Provide insights to improve product, sales, and marketing performance. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related experience. 1–3 years in marketing, partnerships, product coordination, or campaign management (travel a plus). Understanding of digital marketing (email, social, web). Strong geography knowledge; cruise familiarity preferred. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/automation tools. Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects. Strong communicator and collaborative team player.
