Who you are You are a results‑driven marketer who can craft and execute on customer‑centric marketing strategies that drive product adoption, engagement, and utilisation. You have a deep understanding of customer pain points and needs and can communicate complex products in a compelling and impactful way. You are a self‑motivated problem solver with a high sense of ownership. You are a strategic thinker and create marketing plans grounded in data. You are known for strong communication and collaboration skills and are energized by working cross‑functionally to bring projects to completion within the projected time frame. What you’ll work on Lead go‑to‑market (GTM) and product adoption efforts for product portfolios, including positioning, messaging, new feature and product launches, internal team enablement, and customer and prospect lifecycle initiatives. Partner with product teams to develop strategies that successfully bring new features and products to market. Work closely with product marketing teams in North America to share best practices, key learnings, and build the roadmap for EMEA. Localise messaging and releases for EMEA markets. Enable sales, marketing, support, customer success, and other internal teams to tell a compelling story about product benefits through positioning. Create standout product messaging, campaigns, and strategies that differentiate Clio in the marketplace and represent Clio as a product expert at industry events. Build and execute tactical marketing plans that increase product and feature adoption, e.g., card payments, and support retention through cross‑sell opportunities. Speak with customers to gain new perspective and feedback on products. Collaborate with customer insights, customer marketing, competitive intelligence, and other cross‑functional teams to develop market research. Build experiments, test theories, and share learnings with cross‑functional teams. Use data, customer feedback, prospect understanding, and market/competitive intelligence to fuel the creation, testing, and implementation of initiatives for EMEA products. Track and report on marketing performance and KPIs while maintaining intimate understanding of product‑line performance metrics. Engage with customers to become the voice of the customer internally. Own the competitor intelligence programme for EMEA. What you bring 5+ years of experience in product marketing. Storytelling skills; ability to train teams and craft go‑to‑market strategies with compelling writing. A data‑first approach; adept at using analytics platforms and insights to inform recommendations. Strategic yet tactical thinking; ground ideas in strategy, balance company‑wide implications, and design effective tactical approaches. Intellectual curiosity; uncover opportunities, investigate drivers, and predict outcomes. Agility and methodological prioritization as new opportunities arise. Bias toward action; energized by making things happen and getting things done. Collaborative mindset; enjoy working with teams and cross‑functionally to drive stronger outcomes. Creativity; think outside the box in marketing approaches. Self‑starter; naturally curious, resourceful, and motivated to make things happen. Serious bonus points if you Have experience in B2B SaaS. Have legal industry knowledge and / or experience. Are familiar with Asana, Salesforce, Looker, and Dreamdata.
