Manager, Investor Relations – Investor Relations Manager Fiera Infrastructure is part of Fiera Capital Corporation, one of Canada’s largest investment managers with over $160 billion in assets under management. Fiera Infrastructure manages more than $4.5 billion in assets with a growing portfolio of infrastructure projects globally. We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations Manager to provide exceptional support in managing investor relationships, ensuring timely communication and high-quality materials. The role requires a deep understanding of the firm’s investment strategy and portfolio to contribute to a best‑in‑class investor experience. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors and consultants through thoughtful professional communications across a variety of channels. Develop and track investor relationship strategies and activities to support the pipeline of fundraising opportunities across all active fundraise activities. Serve as a key product specialist to clearly and accurately articulate portfolio information across a variety of audiences and contexts. Ensure consistency and accuracy of the firm’s communications with investors. Lead the creation, review, and dissemination of marketing content to ensure consistent development of high‑quality, timely deliverables. Partner closely with Asset Management, Finance, Legal, and Investment teams to leverage their inputs across materials and improve marketing efficiency. Assist with market intelligence and benchmarking to facilitate understanding of product competitiveness and competitive positioning. Build relationships and collaborate with the Fiera Capital distribution and marketing teams, consultants, and cornerstone LPs to become a trusted liaison for all marketing materials. Participate in and support the SVP of Investor Relations and senior leadership with ad hoc strategic initiatives to drive business growth (e.g., product development, co‑investment syndication, investor meetings and site visits). Qualifications 2–5 years of relevant work experience in the infrastructure sector. Experience supporting best practices for communications and marketing strategies. Resourceful, collaborative, and able to work successfully across functional groups. Deep understanding of finance fundamentals at both operating company and PE/investor levels. Highly client‑service oriented, proactive, and self‑motivated with ownership of the investor experience. Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, and Excel. Motivation to take on new projects and expand skill set. Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or related field. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000, with additional compensation including bonuses and employee benefits. Fiera Capital offers a hybrid working environment with four days in‑office per week. Languages Proficiency in English is required.
