Our client is looking for a hands‑on technical leader to manage the overall strategy and delivery of their technical services and products to its clients. Reporting to the CEO, this position will define the strategic technical direction for the organization including architecture for platform modernization, development from ASP to .NET Core, as well as management of their technical infrastructure and cloud. Responsibilities: Designing technical solutions for projects, defining the systems architecture and components Ensuring scalability and performance across the Follow the coding standards and best practices for our products and services. Write unit tests and ensure code quality and coverage. Perform code reviews and provide feedback to other Product Developers. Deploy features or stories to production and ensure functionality and performance. Collaborate with the Product Owner, the Scrum Master, the QA Analyst, and other stakeholders. Support SRED annually (technical documentation, tracking eligible work, audit support) Support sales/customer efforts: solutioning, estimates, technical presentations, and escalations Review and update features or stories based on customer feedback and validation. Prepare, review and maintain system documentation. Research and evaluate modern technologies and solutions. Support continuous improvement at the team level. Qualifications: 8+ years experience in designing and defining technical solutions and system architecture, including system components and their interactions. 8+ years experience writing high‑quality code to support the team’s journey from Classic ASP to .NET core Expertise in ensuring system scalability and performance across the entire platform or service. Solid experience with test‑driven development (TDD), including writing unit tests, and a commitment to maintaining high code quality and coverage. Experience with deployment practices and processes to production environments, including post‑deployment verification of functionality and performance. Demonstrated ability to research, evaluate, and recommend modern technologies and solutions to meet business goals. Strong background in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum). Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working effectively with cross‑functional teams, including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, and other stakeholders. Experience in the investigation of Epics and the breakdown of work into detailed features and stories, in partnership with the Product Owner and Scrum Master. Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the engineering team. Proficiency in performing constructive code reviews and providing actionable feedback to other developers. Experience with reviewing and incorporating customer feedback and validation into feature and story updates.
