Our Foodbuy division delivers a value‑driven purchasing model to external clients and supports internal operations. Job Summary We’re seeking a dynamic, strategic leader to drive growth, expand our market presence, and shape the future of our business. This high‑impact role reports to executive leadership and is responsible for partnering across the organization to secure a competitive advantage. Responsibilities Collaborate with executives to shape long‑term growth strategies that secure competitive advantage. Develop and execute high‑impact strategies to drive business efficiency, unlock new revenue streams, and position Foodbuy Canada as an industry leader. Implement change‑management strategies to ensure sustained and scalable business growth. Leverage market research to identify M&A, joint ventures, and partnerships that fuel growth and enhance competitive positioning. Develop and execute engagement plans for M&A deals and partnerships. Review existing and/or create new core business processes to increase operational efficiency, reduce risk, and improve quality of execution. Qualifications 7+ years in Business Strategy, Management Consulting, Strategic Projects or a similar role. Proven success in driving enterprise strategies and collaborating across functions for business growth. Experience working with C‑suite executives to implement high‑level initiatives. Strong commercial acumen and ability to conduct financial analysis to drive business outcomes. Track record of leading initiatives that expand market presence and revenue. Experience in M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Ability to lead and mentor high‑performing teams. Exceptional communication and influencing skills for internal and external stakeholders. Results‑focused with experience delivering high‑impact initiatives. Comfortable with ambiguity and leading innovation in dynamic environments.
