  • 1-3 years of post-call private practice experience in corporate law and/or financial services at a national or reputable regional law firm
  • Experience in syndicated lending, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, structured finance, and securitizations is a plus
  • Strong analytical and drafting abilities
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Outstanding interpersonal and client service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams
  • Must be qualified to practice law in Canada
