In this pivotal role, you will oversee security personnel during your assigned shift in a 24/7 operation at Mattel. You'll coordinate daily activities, enforce compliance with security protocols, and maintain a professional atmosphere. Supervising and training Security Officers, you will ensure operational effectiveness while responding to incidents as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily security operations and personnel assignments
• Conduct briefings to relay critical information and follow-up actions
• Train and evaluate Security Officers for optimal performance
• Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and efficiently
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate logs
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED is required
• At least one year in security or related field preferred
• Valid driver's license and security license required
• First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain
• Knowledge of CCTV and security systems best practices
Your leadership in security practices will help protect Mattel's assets and promote a safe workplace.
