It manages the technology roadmap, advances industry trends, and implements data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives to enhance customer, user, and employee experiences. The Enterprise Data Operations & Technology (EDOT) group plays a critical role in providing enterprise‑wide data governance, data platforms, and analytics foundations. Responsibilities Define and communicate the technical vision for data capabilities. Lead design and implementation of data architectures, including integration patterns and platform selection. Support new business initiatives by assessing impacts and gathering requirements. Develop and maintain logical and physical data models, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and MDM principles. Oversee hands‑on solution development, integration, and deployment of MDM/RDM solutions. Participate in governance activities such as architecture reviews and compliance planning. Continuously evaluate technology options and manage architectural documentation. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline. Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Data or Solution Architect. Minimum 5 years’ hands‑on experience architecting, developing, releasing, and maintaining large‑scale enterprise data platforms on‑premise and in the cloud (Azure, Google, AWS). Minimum 7 years’ experience developing and maintaining logical/physical data models aligned with enterprise and MDM standards. Minimum 5 years’ experience leading hands‑on solution development and integration with cross‑functional teams, including MDM/RDM deployment. Experience with governance, embedding MDM policies, and managing architectural documentation. Exceptional coaching, influencing, and delivering solutions in a complex, dynamic environment. Strong communication, critical and strategic thinking, prioritization, and collaboration skills. What Will Make You Stand Out MBA or related business degree. Project Management or Agile delivery experience. Familiarity with Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Profisee (MDM), and Salesforce (CRM). Bilingual in English and French.
