ServiceNow Solution Architect – Long View Systems Long View Systems, a dynamic IT provider in North America, is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our Toronto branch (also available in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, or Toronto). This role involves business and technical consulting, solution design, proposal development, and sales support to deliver high‑value ServiceNow solutions. Responsibilities Work with clients to develop proposals for ServiceNow services. Develop work breakdown structure (WBS) artifacts to support proposals, estimating cost and delivery. Gather client ServiceNow requirements to develop proposals and solutions. Lead activities surrounding the ServiceNow Partner portal for programs Long View is enrolled in. Collaborate with Long View branch Architects and Account Managers to engage clients and support ServiceNow needs. Attend weekly practice alignment sessions with practice leadership team members. Act as an escalation point for in‑flight projects to address scope, budget, schedule, and other project‑related estimates during presales. Assist with creation of new Project Change Requests (PCRs) for in‑flight projects. Maintain ServiceNow sales and pre‑sales certifications aligned with ServiceNow partner program requirements. Monitor, manage, and respond to ServiceNow partner requirements with Long View Partner Services. Provide guidance to the Long View consulting community on ServiceNow best practices and news. Serve as the go‑to resource for any client RFP or RFI requests requiring ServiceNow expertise. Create presentation materials and marketing artifacts for Long View’s ServiceNow offerings and solutions. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in a sales or client‑facing role. 8+ years of experience working with ServiceNow in a sales or client‑facing role. Active and current ServiceNow sales and pre‑sales certifications. 2+ ServiceNow technical certifications. Experience in a managed services provider environment – multi‑tenancy and/or shared services model. Proven track record of successfully selling ServiceNow solutions to small, mid, corporate, and enterprise markets. Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors; demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral, with technical and non‑technical staff at all management levels. Self‑motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation abilities. Strong analytical, mediation, and problem resolution skills. Nice to Have Certified System Administrator (CSA) ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS‑ITSM) Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Benefits & Culture Great people and culture.
