Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of electronics assemblers to achieve production targets. Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and detailed schematics. Install, repair, sand, clean, and bond components using epoxy or hardener. Support continuous improvement and efficient workflow within the assembly cell. Qualifications & Skills Ability to read and understand technical drawings and assembly notes. Excellent manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail. Strong visual acuity for inspecting small components. Prior experience supervising or leading a small team is an asset.
