About the Job We’re looking for a strategic and operational leader to drive growth, performance, and safety excellence This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact — guiding a subsidiary towards commercial success while upholding the highest standards of safety, integrity, and operational discipline. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic and operational leadership to achieve the subsidiary’s commercial, financial, operational, and safety objectives — in full alignment with the group’s vision and policies. Translate corporate strategies into actionable local plans that deliver sustainable growth and profitability. Oversee financial, operational, and human resources to ensure efficiency, compliance, and accountability. Strengthen client partnerships and drive business development initiatives that expand market presence. Champion a strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture — ensuring safe practices are embedded in every aspect of the operation. Lead and inspire teams, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and a culture of excellence. Work closely with other General Managers across the group to share best practices and enable the international mobility of talent. Represent the company with clients, partners, authorities, and communities as a responsible and trusted leader. Qualifications University Degree in Geology or Business or related areas At least 5 years of management experience in mining, exploration, or related field Leadership Strategic thinking Problem solving Excellent communication Analytical thinking Ability to work in fast‑paced environment Fluent in English and Spanish (an asset) If you’re a results‑driven leader passionate about operational excellence, people, and safety, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
