This Grocery Associate position combines customer service with retail execution and department upkeep. You help keep the store ready by maintaining clean, organized, properly zoned areas while supporting stocking and sales activities. The work includes merchandise rotation, product quality checks, pricing, signing, and labeling procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service through Walmart’s values
- Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready grocery department
- Ensure merchandise is correctly signed and priced
- Follow ordering, clearance, markup, markdown, and labeling procedures
- Support grocery stocking and sales activities
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to manage high task volumes efficiently
- Attention to detail during repetitive stocking and organizing
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift inventory or supplies
