Brightisle provides health and community care services across Newfoundland and Labrador. This position supports children and youth in foster care during family visits. You will monitor conditions and behaviors, maintain confidentiality, and complete detailed reports that may support reunification decisions and court proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise family visits in safe environments
- Observe children, youth, families, and visitation conditions
- Monitor behaviors during scheduled visits
- Complete detailed reports and compensated report writing
- Provide objective, confidential client information
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and youth in related fields
- Record of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check
- First Aid Certificate
- Medical Certificate with negative TB test
- Up-to-date immunization record
