Join a top tier, marketing leading Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Collaborate and contribute to a successful and impactful team Work with a variety of clients, and work on significant, high-profile matters Our Perth R&I group are seeking a Lawyer with between 2-5 years' experience to join their busy, high-performing and collaborative team. In this role you will primarily work for our Partner, who is engaged on major ongoing restructures and strategic advisory roles in Western Australia, for borrower / reference entities, financiers, noteholders, other credit originator or major stakeholders. This role presents a great opportunity for someone looking to further develop their practice and technical skills while learning from leading lawyers in Restructuring and Insolvency Law. We're looking for a resilient, self-starter. Someone who is able to work autonomously and is focused on attention to detail and providing an outstanding service to their clients. Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have : Strong drafting experience with court documents, affidavits, briefs, observations and liquidation examinations would be highly preferable. A strong client service focus and work ethic. The Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group Clayton Utz's Restructuring and Insolvency team advises on all aspects of restructurings and insolvencies and has been retained in lead roles in many of the most significant R&I matters in Australia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
