Involves communicating with both commercial salespeople and clients. Other duties would include assistance with consumer credit inquiries, and other credit duties may be included.Print commercial bills, attach required backups, and ensure they are sent out in a timely manner.Special billing: volume, progress and PO billing styles for select accounts.Uploading invoices with 3rd party tools (web-based portals), i.e. Vendor cafeMaintenance and reconciliation of accounts with past due invoices, short payments and debts / credits (accounting).
