IT Operations Transformation (ITOT) practice includes service offerings that help our clients achieve their cybersecurity goals and objectives. The Capability Assessment and Performance Enhancement (CAPE) methodology provide an efficient and effective approach to identify and analyze current state IT service delivery gaps and opportunities for improvement while prioritizing recommendations that will yield tangible benefits.
The focus on this project is to evaluate current state DevSecOps practices, processes, and tooling in respect of application design, development, testing, and implementation to ensure that the Solution Development Lifecycle (SDLC) consistently produces deliverables that are fully compliance with our client’s cybersecurity policies and applicable industry standards.
