As a Research Consultant at Reach3, you will: Assist in managing all stages of the market research project cycle, including: Designing and developing questionnaires and discussion guides. Overseeing data collection & ensuring strict quality control. Identifying & writing analytical findings. Visualizing & reporting quantitative and qualitative findings. Report writing and taking deliverables to the next level. Working with marketing research software packages. Proactively nurture and develop strategic client relationships. Work closely and effectively with team members across the organization. Bring an exceptional drive and entrepreneurial mindset while being highly organized and detail oriented. Be an enduring, positive, and collaborative team member. Reach3's next Research Consultant will bring: Hands‑on research exposure: questionnaire design, sample frame development, field management, analysis planning, data visualization, creative report writing. Incredible attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and timelines. Strong written and verbal communication skills – unafraid to ask questions or seek help. A passion to learn, achieve, and accomplish great things. Skill with technology and social media, online market research methods, and platforms. An innate ability to find the story in numbers and sift through qualitative & quantitative data to extract meaningful nuggets. Creative data visualization and reporting skills – develop reports that impress colleagues and clients. A passion for unlocking the power of consumer insights to drive agile decision making. This may be the right opportunity for you if you have: University or College degree. 2+ years of relevant, hands‑on work experience, preferably with a supplier side organization. Background in Supplier side Consumer Health or Pharma research, CPG / QSR / Retail, Experiential/Sponsorship. Exposure to sophisticated market research practices, including a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods. Experience managing end‑to‑end market research projects: Designing and developing questionnaires and discussion guides. Identifying & writing analytical findings. Visualizing & reporting quantitative and qualitative data.Report writing and taking deliverables to the next level. Working in marketing research software packages. Strong Microsoft Office skills – Excel and PowerPoint, quick learner of new technologies/software. Analytical, logic and reasoning orientation. Strong numeric and problem‑solving orientation.
