This position focuses on managing complex ocean import operations, particularly shipments from Europe and other global locations. You will coordinate import files, ensure timely processing, and maintain excellent communication with customers and partners. A willingness to assist with air imports during team coverage will also be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end ocean import shipments
• Process import files with accuracy and urgency
• Liaise with customers and carriers for seamless operations
• Ensure efficient handling of documentation and shipment updates
• Assist with air import coverage when needed
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of ocean import operations experience
• Proficient in import processes and customer support
• Strong communication skills in English
• Bilingual French/English is a valued asset
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
