Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally service HVAC equipment and accessories according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
  • Ensure safe operation of new installations and instruct customers on proper care and maintenance
  • Create positive relationships with customers, upsell products, and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent
  • Gas Technician II license
  • Certificate of qualification as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313d)
  • Valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card
  • At least a Class G Driver’s License
  • 3-5 years of field experience in servicing Water Heaters & HVAC equipment
  • Ability to read drawings and blueprints
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and standby duties
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Punctual, dependable, and physically capable of performing required tasks
