Position Overview:

As a Senior Data Analyst at SiftMed, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, collaborating with data scientists and cross-functional teams to unlock the potential of healthcare data. You'll play a pivotal role in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing diverse healthcare datasets, transforming them into actionable insights that drive impactful decisions. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with data scientists to gather, cleanse, and analyze healthcare data from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the data science team to build and maintain data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and data science.



Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience thriving in a fast-paced business intelligence-focused role, with a proven track record of solving complex problems and understanding their impact on data, products, and business outcomes, preferably within the healthcare domain.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable data solutions to support business needs.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, maintenance, and analysis, with a focus on optimizing query performance and data integrity.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and leveraging them to communicate insights effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in maintaining data quality, integrity, and compliance with data governance best practices, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional creative problem-solving skills and critical thinking competencies, capable of devising innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Proven experience in launching, analyzing, and establishing frameworks for A/B tests, driving data-informed optimization strategies.
