Responsibilities Review various U.S. federal and state tax returns and related forms/schedules. Extract concise insights such as filing status, income sources, and deductions/credits. Create verification checklists and follow-up questions to confirm accuracy. Flag anomalies and edge cases like multi‑state moves and amended filings. Analyze tax returns to document key findings and verify facts. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project demands. Qualifications CPA or EA, and 4+ years of experience in U.S. individual/business tax preparation. Strong knowledge of Form 1040 ecosystems and state equivalents. Excellent written communication skills. Detail‑oriented with sound judgment on materiality and data quality. Comfortable working with provided materials and following confidentiality guidelines. Start Date Start after a brief calibration/pilot to align on style, depth, and formatting.
