We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Senior Consultant to join our Talent Advisory practice. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead strategic HR and talent engagements, shape organizational culture, and deliver innovative solutions. You’ll partner with clients across private, public and non-profit sectors—helping them design and implement talent initiatives, navigate change, build resilient teams, and foster inclusive, high‑performing workplaces. What You’ll Do Lead the scoping, planning, and delivery of Talent Advisory projects. Provide strategic advice on HR planning, talent strategy, employee experience, workforce and succession planning, and organizational design. Design and implement culture transformation initiatives and leadership development programs. Conduct leadership assessments and facilitate individual and team development sessions. Deliver hands‑on HR advisory to clients on policies, compliance, and day‑to‑day workforce issues. Collaborate with colleagues across Royer Thompson and Facet. Build trusted relationships with clients and contribute to business development efforts. What You Bring 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record in consulting or internal HR leadership. Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; post‑graduate HR certification or CPHR designation preferred. Proven ability to lead projects independently and deliver strategic HR and Talent solutions. Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
