Support natural foods customers through product knowledge, shelf stocking, and accurate scanning at Real Canadian Superstore. Flexible retail availability is required.
As a Natural Foods Clerk and Store Team Member, you will help maintain an inviting shopping experience. Real Canadian Superstore provides training, and previous experience is not required. The work includes customer service, product displays, inventory needs, promotions, and department standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves and respond to customer needs
- Maintain product displays according to company standards
- Scan products accurately and identify inventory needs
- Assist with ordering and set up promotions
- Keep department areas neat and safe
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and collaborative approach
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful, courteous customer question resolution
- Motivation to learn new things
- Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends
