Prepare bakery items and fresh sandwiches full-time with Sodexo at Good Earth Coffeehouse inside Foothills Medical Centre in Alberta.
As a Production Team Member, you will prepare baked goods, sandwiches, wraps, salads, and grab-and-go food. The role focuses on behind-the-scenes production, with no customer service or cashier responsibilities. Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures while maintaining quality and presentation. Previous food preparation, baking, kitchen production, or deli experience is an asset, while reliability and willingness to learn also matter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bake and prepare a variety of baked goods
- Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and grab-and-go items
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and production requirements
- Package, label, organize, and present finished products
- Monitor freshness, rotation, sanitation, and product quality
Requirements:
- Food preparation or baking experience is an asset
- Comfort following recipes and portion standards
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and presentation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
