As a Consumables Associate, you play a vital role in the retail team at Walmart Canada. Your tasks include assisting customers with their shopping needs, maintaining salesfloor presentation, and ensuring a safe work area. You will also manage inbound merchandise and uphold high standards for customer interaction and product display.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet all customers with a friendly demeanor
• Assist customers with locating merchandise and promoting products
• Maintain salesfloor by stocking and rotating products
• Handle claims, returns, and ensure safe merchandise handling
• Administer necessary paperwork and documentation
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years or older
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail in stock management
• Competency with equipment and merchandising techniques
