We are hiring talent that AI can’t replace to help us shape the future of information management. Your Impact Prioritize product requirements and defects to define the product strategy and roadmap. Document product requirements and schedule requirement reviews with internal stakeholders. Manage all aspects of the product life cycle, working with engineering, marketing, sales, partners, and support. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for the planning, development, and launch of new products and releases. Develop presentations for internal product status review meetings. Represent Product Management in Development story workshops. Conduct competitive research and develop competitive profiles. Support the development of sales tools and product literature as needed. Influence stakeholders to achieve alignment on the roadmap. Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure IAM solutions meet market requirements. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions. What You Need To Succeed 7+ years of experience in software product management and/or project management. Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work with and influence cross‑functional teams without formal authority. BS degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or an equivalent field. Strong business/financial skills and hands‑on experience interacting with customers and channel partners. Proven experience driving numerous parallel initiatives. Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products. Experience in the Cybersecurity domain, with a focus on Identity and Access Management.
