As a Sales Associate, you will leverage your retail experience and pet knowledge to assist customers effectively. This role involves cashier duties, merchandise preparation, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment. Passionate about pets and eager to learn? This position will allow you to grow within one of North America's top pet retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer sales and cashier support
• Handle merchandise orders and banking paperwork
• Stock small items and pet supplies on the sales floor
• Maintain cleanliness through dusting and sweeping
• Assist in unloading and stocking heavier deliveries
Requirements:
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems required
• Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Reliable transportation to/from the store
