Travel Operations Manager – Corporate Division Our client is actively seeking a Travel Operations Manager to lead their Corporate Travel Division and play a pivotal role in scaling operational excellence across a growing multi-brand environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for a performance-driven professional with strong corporate travel expertise and exceptional people management skills. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence service delivery, team performance, and operational strategy at a senior level. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage a team of approximately 10+ corporate travel professionals Oversee training, workforce scheduling, and daily performance management Serve as the first point of escalation for service issues Conduct agent performance reviews and implement development plans Continuously analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and drive process improvements Provide hands-on reservation support as required Actively participate in brand business reviews, providing insight into performance, risk, and growth opportunities Ideal Candidate Profile Fully bilingual (English & French) – MUST HAVE Proven leadership experience in corporate travel operations Advanced Sabre knowledge Strong leadership presence with a process-driven, performance-focused mindset Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment Highly organized, decisive, and execution-oriented This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior corporate travel leader looking to take the next step in their career with a dynamic and growing organization.
