The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining merchandise levels, assisting sales associates, and ensuring a safe work environment. With a commitment to customer satisfaction, you will utilize proper inventory processes, aid in fulfilling orders, and support various store functions. Your attention to detail will help us maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain stock and ensure efficient delivery to locations
• Provide best-in-class customer service and support
• Conduct inventory counts and manage product returns
• Create a safe and organized warehouse environment
• Report and resolve inventory discrepancies proactively
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of warehouse or customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
• Must be available on weekends and holidays
