In this full-time position, you will leverage your exceptional customer service skills to assist new and existing clients with their insurance needs. With a focus on building relationships and a solid understanding of regulatory risk, you will proactively recommend coverage options while collaborating with team partners. Your role directly contributes to individual and team sales goals by ensuring a positive client experience with each call.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized insurance advice based on client needs
• Resolve client concerns at first point of contact
• Conduct needs assessments using comprehensive tools
• Understand risk assessments for home and auto policies
• Maintain professional relationships with partners within RBC
Requirements:
• Quebec Damage Insurance certificate or willingness to obtain
• Bilingual in English and French
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Flexibility to work within operational hours
• Digital literacy across various platforms
