Required Skills:

• Good years of experience in IAM solution architecture, with hands-on experience designing and implementing IAM solutions.

• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, principles, and technologies, including authentication protocols, directory services, role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication (MFA), SAML, OpenID, SCIM, CIAM, FIDO2.

• Experience with IAM platforms and tools, such as Azure Active Directory, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, or ForgeRock.

• Knowledge of security standards and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and OAuth.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIAM are a plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong desire to grow and advance into the role of IAM Security Architect.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design IAM solutions that meet security, compliance, and operational needs.

• Implementation: Lead the implementation of IAM solutions, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, authentication, authorization, and single sign-on.

• Integration: Integrate IAM solutions with existing systems, applications, and infrastructure, ensuring seamless user experiences and secure access controls.

• Risk Management: Assess risks related to identity and access management and implement controls to mitigate security threats and vulnerabilities.

• Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions comply with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices, such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and NIST.

• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business units, to achieve IAM objectives and address security challenges.

• Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve IAM-related issues, providing timely support to users and stakeholders.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies, trends, and threats, and recommend enhancements to existing IAM solutions
