Set clear performance expectations, coach and mentor employees, and drive accountability. Identify market trends and recommend changes to processes and systems. What you bring to the table Post‑secondary degree in Business Commerce or equivalent experience. Minimum 10 years’ experience in management/leadership roles. Expertise in operations management, team building, process analysis, and project management. Strong communication, professionalism, and performance management skills. Knowledge of Canadian financial regulatory environment, underwriting processes, and risk management. Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize in a deadline‑driven environment, and deliver exceptional customer service.
