Do you thrive in a fast‑paced, technical environment where problem‑solving and client orientation are key? – Then you will very likely fit into our Equity Indexing team Your Tasks Immerse yourself in the technical details of indexing and index calculation. Understand and monitor daily index calculations, ensuring accuracy and stability. Understand corporate actions and assess their impact on index composition and values. Communicate index changes and adjustments internally and externally with clarity and precision. Act as a trusted partner for our clients, responding to inquiries from global financial institutions and resolving complex technical or data‑related issues. Ensure the integrity and timely delivery of data to clients and partners. Drive the development of new index calculation tools and methodologies. Drive process improvement through automation and workflow optimization. Work in a global team, collaborating with colleagues in Frankfurt and Hong Kong to support our 24/7 index operations. Your Profile Academic background with a degree in Economics, Finance, Sciences, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in index services, financial data, or a similar domain. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural, global team. Strong client orientation and interest in the passive asset management ecosystem. Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solution‑driven mindset. Practical knowledge of coding or scripting is a plus. Interested in working with data, technology, and quantitative analysis. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
