You will be making a difference everyday by providing the highest quality of nursing care to our clients in their community. This includes but not limited to palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching chronic disease prevention.
As the primary care planner to your clients, you have the autonomy and flexibility to provide a holistic approach to care while increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship and preceptorship programs.

Availability requirements:

We want someone who is interested in supporting our client in Port Franks, an additional hour of pay is included for the travel time. You will be providing overnight respite care for this client.

Sundays 10:30pm-6:30pm would be a client in port franks for which we would add an additional hour of pay for travel time.

Every other Wednesday 10:30pm-6:30pm in port franks.

Every other Friday 11pm-6am in Sarnia.

Job Qualification

Education:

RN level nurses who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.
Current CPR certification required

Other Requirements:

Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test
Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle
