What You'll Do: Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking, you are always on the hunt. Manage your territory like your own business, building and maintaining relationships with both prospects and existing members. Meet with business owners, understand their needs and refer them to CFIB’s services. Become a subject-matter expert and stay informed about our resources, business issues, and policy updates impacting SMBs. Represent an organization that business owners trust and seek for guidance. Sales-driven : you live for the chase, love closing deals, and take pride in exceeding your targets. Entrepreneurial mindset: you take ownership of your work and treat your territory like your business. Empathetic and solution-oriented: you listen before you pitch, and you love solving problems. Resilient and optimistic: rejection doesn’t faze you; it fuels your fire. What You Bring: 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
