Overview Job Title: Site Project Manager – High-Rise Construction Location: Toronto and Etobicoke Employment Type: Full-time About The Role We are seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to lead and oversee the on-site execution of our high-rise construction projects. You will play a pivotal role in managing on-site operations from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities Provide strong on-site leadership and supervision, ensuring all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and design intent. Collaborate closely with in-house project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive seamless project execution. Manage daily site operations, including workforce coordination, resource allocation, and task completion. Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with project standards. Monitor project schedules, proactively addressing potential delays or conflicts with corrective solutions. Work with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources. Prepare and deliver accurate progress reports to the project management team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven track record as a Site Superintendent or Site Project Manager in high-rise construction projects. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, codes, and regulations, with an emphasis on sustainable practices. Knowledge of building envelope systems and experience with ICI (Institutional, Commercial, Industrial) construction is an asset. Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide on-site teams. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure, with a commitment to organizational vision and communication. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. Why Join Us?
