Job Summary The Senior Product Development Manager will lead strategic product initiatives across Tilray’s Canadian adult-use cannabis portfolio. This role is responsible for defining product vision, developing roadmaps, and guiding cross-functional teams through planning, development, and launch cycles to execute the development of industry-leading products. Key Accountabilities: Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the adult-use portfolio. Lead product discovery and validation through market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback. Develop and maintain the strategic portfolio plan, including SKU rationalization, innovation pipeline, and lifecycle management. Translate business objectives into actionable product plans and success metrics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Project Management, R&D, Procurement, Design, Sales, and Regulatory teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. Execution & Optimization: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. Monitor performance metrics and iterate based on data insights and customer feedback. Lead SKU productivity analysis and portfolio optimization efforts. Stakeholder Engagement: Present product strategies and performance updates to senior leadership and external partners. Coordinate with Sales, Trade & cannabis control boards, and key retailers on product listings, portfolio planning, and go-to-market strategies. Qualifications 6–10 years of product management experience, preferably in CPG or regulated industries. Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and launching high-impact products. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
