Through high-impact products and cutting-edge research, we aim to enhance user experiences and interactions with technology. About the job: Design and build advanced applications / libraries / services for the Android and/or Windows platform Integrate and optimize state-of-the-art machine learning models (vision, speech, or multimodal) for real-time and on-device applications Collaborate with product, research and design teams to define, design, and ship new features Work with open-source machine learning libraries and toolkits (e.g., PyTorch, Tensorflow Lite, ONNX Runtime, MediaPipe) for Android/Windows/Web platform Write clean readable code and test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, performance, and general reliability Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency About the ideal candidate: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, or a related field, and registered with the school’s co-op program Solid understanding of Data Structure and Algorithm Strong coding skills in any of the high-level languages (e.g. Java/C#/C++/Python, etc.) Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle Relevant experience and strong interest in any of the following areas: Computer Vision, Human-computer Interaction, Human Factors, Machine Learning, Sensor, and Gesture #J-18808-Ljbffr
