In this position, you will maintain the store environment and create a welcoming atmosphere while engaging with customers about their favorite products. From managing inventory to showcasing merchandise, your efforts will help bring stories to life in the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with store operations during varying hours
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment
• Use merchandising standards for attractive setups
• Create inviting experiences for customers in-store
• Cultivate connections with shoppers and provide tailored recommendations
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a retail environment preferred
• Physical capability to lift items safely up to 40 pounds
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Bilingual skills necessary in Québec
• Open-mindedness and readiness to learn
