Iris's client, one of the world's largest financial institutions is looking to hire a C#/.Net Developer for a long-term contract opportunity.


Our client is one of the world's largest financial institutions, serving individual consumers, small and middle market businesses and large corporations with a full range of banking, investing, asset management and other financial and risk-management products and services. It is a leading provider of global corporate and investment banking services.

Location: Downtown Toronto, Hybrid

Long Term Contract

Client: Banking/Financial


Roles and Responsibilities

  • 10 years professional experience in Capital Markets OR Financial Industry.
  • Expert in all stages of SDLC, be able to write clean production grade code that’s well documented, easy to read, maintain, and extend.
  • Strong .NET/C#/ASP.NET MVC and Transact-SQL knowledge.
  • Experience with DevOps CI/CD pipeline and tools such as maven, Jenkins, git, Nexus
  • Experience using and working with enterprise design patterns

  • Experience with distributed application, server-client architecture, micro service architecture
  • Extensive knowledge of SQL, Databases and Queues.
  • XML, JSON and Enterprise Messaging Services (Service Bus Implementations)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills by leading an onshore and offshore team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
