Core responsibilities include End-to-end ownership of business operations People and HR operations including hiring operations, onboarding and offboarding, policies, and compliance Office operations, vendors, internal tools, and infrastructure Customer support oversight, performance metrics, and escalation workflows Operational finance including budgets, approvals, and reporting Compliance, government grants, and coordination with external advisors A portion of the role (approximately 20%) involves light bookkeeping and administrative follow‑up. The majority of the role is focused on operational leadership, coordination, and execution. Payroll and legal execution remain handled by external partners.
