Account Manager – Drug Channel (CPG) Confidential Search | GTA | Career-Accelerating Opportunity Are you a driven sales professional supporting major accounts and ready to finally own your business end-to-end? Or an insights/analytics manager with strong commercial chops looking to move into a customer-facing account role? If so, this is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact Account Manager role with a Top-Tier CPG organization known for strong brands, a performance-driven culture, and exceptional career growth. The Opportunity Manage a portfolio within the Canadian Drug Channel, taking full ownership of customer relationships, customer P&L, joint business planning, and commercial execution. You’ll lead strategy, drive category growth, and work cross-functionally across marketing, supply chain, category development, and demand planning. This role is perfect if you want hands‑on ownership of: Full customer P&L responsibility Omni‑channel customer strategy Trade spend management & ROI optimization 4P excellence and category leadership Turning data into commercial action You won’t be stuck in a support function—this is a true “run the business” mandate. What You’ll Do Build and strengthen partnerships with key buyers Lead annual planning, negotiations, and day-to-day execution Analyze customer & category data to unlock growth opportunities Manage trade investment and deliver revenue & profitability targets Partner with Marketing, Supply, and Category teams for seamless execution Identify efficiency opportunities that enhance profitability Maintain strong customer service levels with Demand Planning What You Bring 2–4 years of CPG experience (Key Account, Trade/Customer Marketing, Insights/Category, or strong Sales Support) Strong analytical capability with tools like Nielsen, Numerator, and customer data portals Ability to turn insights into actionable plans Understanding of Canadian retail dynamics (drug channel exposure is an asset) Ambition, drive, and a growth mindset Strong communication, relationship-building & project management skills Degree in Business or a related field
