This role at RhynoCare as an Independent Contractor requires a passionate and detail-oriented Personal Support Worker. You will assist residents in daily living activities while documenting their health status accurately. Join a team that values discipline, integrity, and collaboration in caring for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being
• Complete timely and accurate care documentation
• Aid residents with activities of daily living
• Ensure safe transfer and mobility procedures are followed
• Engage in team and safety meetings regularly
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong English communication skills required
• Completion of a PSW Training Program or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Facility PSW is beneficial
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
