Collaboration : Partner with electrical, structural, building services, and specialist healthcare consultants to deliver integrated, compliant solutions. Client & stakeholder connection : Build trusted relationships with clients, health operators, and user groups, providing clear technical guidance and responsive service throughout planning, design, and delivery. What you’ll bring : 8+ years’ experience in mechanical design for hospitals, healthcare facilities, or other complex clinical environments within the buildings sector. Strong understanding of HVAC, ventilation, air‑quality control, and specialised systems (such as isolation rooms, operating theatres, and critical care areas). Proven ability to deliver complex projects in line with Australian Standards, NCC, and relevant healthcare design guidelines. Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering. A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to mentoring and supporting others.
