Silverback Treeworks is a locally owned, ISA-certified arborist company serving Greater Vancouver and the Sea to Sky corridor since 2007, known for safe, high-quality tree care and a team culture people actually want to be part of. Key Responsibilities Own regional sales + relationships (residential + commercial) Conduct on-site assessments; recommend the right scope (removals, pruning, PHC, stump grinding, hedges, etc.) Build accurate estimates (crew hours, equipment, logistics, risk) Manage the customer experience from "first call" to job completion Support and coordinate crews so expectations, safety, and quality stay high Help strengthen systems + standards as the region grows Qualifications 3 to 7 or more years in arboriculture (or closely related) with strong field credibility ISA Certified Arborist (or ability to obtain quickly) Tree risk assessment knowledge/credential (preferred) Proven consultative selling: you can close work without overselling Strong organization + follow-through (you don\'t drop balls) Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel locally Pay & Benefits Full-time, permanent employment Base salary: $90,000 to $120,000 CAD, per year, based on experience Performance bonus: designed to reward results (sales + regional outcomes) On-Target Earnings (OTE): up to ~$140,000 CAD depending on experience and performance Extended health & dental (company plan) Company vehicle + fuel (role-dependent / business use) Company phone + laptop/tablet Training + professional development support (ISA/TRAQ/industry education) Gear allowance and support for safety equipment Team events/socials Work-life balance options, including a potential 4-day workweek structure once ramped Why Silverback Real influence: you're not "just estimating", you're shaping the region A team that values culture + safety as much as production Benefits + tools to do the job right (vehicle/tech as applicable) Room to grow into a bigger scope as the company grows (and be rewarded for it) Silverback Treeworks LTD is an equal opportunity employer.
