Location 885 West Georgia #900, Vancouver, Canada Category Lawyer Job Type Full‑time Salary Range $195,000 – $215,000 Responsibilities Provide strategic labour and employment advice on complex workplace matters, including investigations, terminations, human rights issues, and regulatory compliance. Manage sophisticated files and client relationships independently, exercising sound judgment with minimal supervision. Represent employers before labour boards, tribunals, mediators, and courts, including leading hearings and negotiations. Contribute to practice development, client service initiatives, and the continued growth of the Employment & Labour group. Mentor junior lawyers and support knowledge‑sharing within the team. Qualifications Minimum 6 years of labour and employment law experience, ideally in a mid‑ to large‑firm environment. Strong advocacy, drafting, and advisory skills, with a practical, client‑focused approach. Confidence managing files independently and advising clients on risk and strategy. An interest in business development and building a long‑term practice. A collaborative, collegial style and commitment to mentoring and team development. In addition to a competitive base salary in the range of $195,000 – $215,000, Clark Wilson offers a thoughtfully designed total rewards package that supports both professional sustainability and personal well‑being.
